January Updates
Food Tracker, TMate, and Platform Improvements
Food Tracker

Last year we took on one of our most ambitious projects to date: building our own food tracker from the ground up.

Our tech team is currently deep in development mode, and in February and March we’ll be sharing a much more detailed breakdown of how and why we’re building it via our blog and LinkedIn.

Here’s what the Food Tracker team focused on in January:
  • reviewed and updated more that 23,000 food items in the database
  • refreshed and expanded the Food Tracker FAQ
  • opened the Recipe Builder to an additional 800+ current Food Tracker users

At the moment our Food Tracker is available to current program participants. Over time, we plan to roll out its core features to a broader audience.

TMate

We’re launching a new cohort in the Russian version of our workouts app, and the team has been focused on building and refining key features.

January highlights:

  • new training blocks are live and actively used by our coaches
  • our Expert Team developed new training programs for different participant needs, including for the first time at-home training formats
  • we collected the app usability feedback from new users: all ratings were 4 or higher, with an average score of 4.98 🔥

If you’d like to explore the app yourself, TMate is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Physical Life App

In January we released an update with several important improvements for both participants and support teams:

  • Weekly check-in survey: simplified flow, refreshed design, improved stability
  • One-time surveys on the home screen to quickly gather targeted feedback
  • a new service availability screen, so participants are informed in advance about planned maintenance or technical work

A Few Observations on ChatGPT Health
ChatGPT now offers guidance on nutrition and training, but how reliable is it, really?

In our first article here, we break down what it gets right, where it falls short, and why the line between “support tool” and “replacement” is much thinner than it seems.

Participant Results

We don’t believe in abstract promises, we care about real outcomes.
Over the past month participants shared progress that goes far beyond numbers on a scale:
  • consistent fat loss without extreme restriction
  • improved training performance and recovery
  • better understanding of food, hunger, and habits
